24-page booklet promoting Saugatuck as an early tourist destination. The cover is missing. Text mentions Chicora wreck in January 1896 so publication must be no earlier than that. Includes place descriptions including Lone Pine Hill, the Park lands (buy a lot four rods square for $25 but you must put up a cottage costing not less than $150 within one year), the Old Landing Tree, Mt. Baldhead, Michigan Peach Belt, Lost Rock, Fishtown, a rare stand of white birch on the High Banks, the Bluffs, Shriver's Bend, Kalamazoo duck march, Oak Openings, Singapore and the Chicora mast flagpole in Douglas, Most pages include "cuts" aka halftone photographic engravings and poem about The Singing Sands, The Country Children and Singapore.
