91. Saugatuck Yacht Club

Originally located where Griffith Street dead-ended into Lake Kalamazoo, Saugatuck’s first private yacht club was organized in 1934 to give individuals and families access to docking facilities and sailing lessons. In 1954, the club moved across Lake Kalamazoo to its current location at 15 Park Street. In 2014, the club built a distinctive new clubhouse but the goals remain the same: sailing and socializing.
