Saugatuck Dunes State Park

Location: Saugatuck & Laketown Townships

This highly scenic 1,000 acres dunes & woodlands park has two miles of Lake Michigan shoreline. The park has 4 major hiking trails. It is a day-use park and is administered by the Department of Natural Resources of the State of Michigan. Some of the dunes are over 200 feet in height. Nature enthusiasts, birdwatchers and hikers are the predominant users.
