Context

The photo shows buildings along the Culver Street curve and Griffith. The presence of the drive through for the Huntington/TFC/Chemical/Citizens Trust and Savings Bank mid-block on the south side of Mason Street suggests the photo was taken after 1970 but before 1986. The Bayview condominium complex, built 1986 at 120-128 Elizabeth Street, is an empty sand lot.
