Van Syckel Grocery Store
Photograph
Ed Burns, wearing a white apron, stands in front of 32 East Center Street, the Van Syckel grocery store. A car is parked to the left of the commercial building; a Fire Chief gas pump is visible on the right. Text on the building's striped awnings indicate the shop offered hardware, paints, grocery and meats.

It later became the IGA store operated by Ed and Marge Burns. Now retail space and apartments, slightly altered condition. Destroyed by fire, 2006.
