Two photographs of people posing on the top of Mount Baldhead.
a. Real photo postcard of ten young adults sitting on the sand by the observation tower. "Bald head observatory 1907" is written on the front of the print. The card has rust marks and holes from metal thumbtacks.3.5x5.5"
An index card included with the photos notes that the tower was removed in 1916 and names a woman in the center of the group "Dolly Bird." Photo must be prior to 1916, when the observation tower was removed.
b. A man and two women standing by the tower. "Annabell's on top of Baldhead, 1897" is written on the front of the print. Presumed to be John and Mary Annable, who camped on the Park Street tenting grounds. 3.5x3.5"
