Scope and ContentCD containing about one hour of silent, 8mm color home movies that were transferred to VHS format, then DVD. Image quality is low, with very dark shadows and burned out highlights. The movies follow the growth of four children (two boys, two girls) from infancy to teenager-hood, as they play on the beach, swim, boat, sail and water ski. Additional footage of Cocker Spaniel puppies, pajama-clad children opening presents on Christmas morning, Easter dinners with lamb cake, turkey drumsticks at Thanksgiving, vacations out west with mountains, cowboys, horseback riding, Yellowstone geysers and bears.
