Douglas tower topper

DescriptionMetal final that adorned the top of the siren tower at the NW corner of Beery Field. The flat metal and plumbing pipe sign spells out the name "DOUGLAS" in capital letters. The items was called a directional wind spinner in local newspaper coverage.
