Harbor Court Condos/Terrace Park View Resort ?-1964
Terrace Park View Resort was razed and to build the Tower Harbor condominium development. The resort included a house, lodge, duplex, three cottages and the "Eyeful Tower," a four-story tower that stood on the bluff overlooking the river and gave the Tower Marina its name. These photo were printed in 1981, when the property was owned by the Peterson family.
