Bottles and jars
Glassware
Collection of various glass medicine, liquor and product bottles and jars, plus a drinking glass. Most items appear to have once been buried and contain soil or dark residues. Caps or stoppers, if present, are rusted or stuck. One jar with a lid contains three square-cut nails.
The bottles have no labels or identifying marks except:
Two ketchup bottles, one with "H.J. Heinz" molded in the bottom.
Liquor bottle with "W&A Gilbey Gin. LTD. Federal prohibits sale or reuse of this bottle" molded into the side. The bottle contains a thick amber fluid.

The F & J Heinz Company of Pennsylvania marketed its first "catsup" in 1876. In 1888, the company was reorganized as H.J. Heinz. W. and A. Gilbey is a London wine and spirit merchant founded in 1856 that began distilling Gilbey's Gin in 1885
