Eileen Herbert was the daughter of Maurice Herbert. In Maurice's obituary, her name was listed as Mrs. Morton Erway of Caledonia. According to Jack Sheridan, the photo was taken next to the Simonson Studio on Culver Street. A note with the photo identifies the location as "next to the Village Barn" a.k.a. Toulouse.
