This device allowed workers to dispense milk using only one hand and without having to open the refrigerator, thus keeping the milk at a more constant temperatur. The worker held a cup under the dispenser and use their forearm to lift the weight and dispense the milk. This part was found at the Douglas Root Beer Barrel when the building was being restored. The barrel served milkshakes.
