Notes: After the Merrills passed, the cottage was left to their only daughter, Virginia (Vogler) who sold it in 2007 to Patrick Shea. He sub-divided the 7 acre property into 4 parcels and moved the cottage from the lakeshore to the front parcel on the road, and completely remodeled it. In 2013 he sold the cottage to Jim Sullivan.
