About the Event
Cost: $100
This brick one-room school building was built in 1867. It gained its distinctive Veneklasen brick exterior in 1898 and operated as part of the Fennville school system until 1968. In 2003, artist Dawn Stafford purchased the building and transformed it into her painting studio.
The History Center’s “On Location” series invites attendees to gather in unique spaces and places for an exclusive view of the area’s historical richness. This evening series pairs wine and refreshments with an informal and engaging history tour. Join us on select Thursdays this spring to (re)discover historic cottages, businesses, and institutions across the Lakeshore area.
Ticketed Series – $100 per person, including all four locations.
A $100 subscription covers the entire series.
