About the Event
You’re invited to a night at the museum for the SDHC’s 3rd annual Solstice (eve) celebration!
With the summer season underway and evening light plentiful, Solstice time is a festive time to come together to socialize on the Kalamazoo River.
The SDHC’s History Museum at Mount Baldhead Park will be open with special evening hours on Thursday, June 19th from 5:00-8:00 PM. The ticketed special event includes music, beer from Saugatuck Brewing Company, wine, and refreshments along with snacks, hotdogs, and brats, all included for $25 per person. Tickets can be purchased through the website at MySDhistory.org under Events starting May 15th. All proceeds directly support the Saugatuck-Douglas History Center.
The Saugatuck-Douglas History Museum, housed in the historic 1904 Saugatuck Pump House, is marking its 29th year of award-winning history exhibits and programming. It is located at 735 Park Street along the Kalamazoo River near the base of Mount Baldhead.
